The day began as we got ready with Julie in her suite at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel. The waves crashing in the background and laughter floating throughout the air as her and her daughters prepared for the moment she would first see Rob, excitement built. Hair & makeup done and dresses put on, the moment grew closer & closer for their first look.
And that moment did not disappoint– it had US even tearing up behind our viewfinders as Rob took his first steps towards Julie, wonderstruck by her beauty, tears welling in his eyes. Standing on the cliffs in front of where they would soon be married, Julie & Rob were all smiles as they stood with the rolling waves behind them, whispering how happy they were for the moments that lay ahead.
On the day of their ceremony, all eyes were on Salt Creek Beach as Rob and Julie exchanged their vows against the backdrop of rolling waves and golden sands. Found by their children, the beautiful beach was the perfect scene for their vows as they committed the rest of their lives to one another. The ceremony itself of this Salt Creek Beach intimate wedding was a reflection of the couple’s desire for simplicity and genuine connection; officiated by Rob’s daughter, she led them through their vows where emphasized the love and commitment they held for each other.
A touch we absolutely loved was the beautiful rose petals spread by Lexi from Thomas & Ashley’s garden, creating a beautiful path for her to tread to her future marriage filled with joy & love. And with the Pacific Ocean stretching out before them, the couple stood surrounded by their closest loved ones, standing before them as they said their vows.
While the day was characterized by its laid-back atmosphere, it was impossible to ignore the palpable love and affection that filled the air. Rob, a true gentleman in every sense, stood by Julie’s side, a symbol of unwavering support and devotion. The children and grandchildren, who were more than witnesses – they were active participants in the celebration of a new chapter in their family’s story.
