The universe has a funny way of weaving the right people in and out of our lives.
When they were teenagers, Jim took Jacqueline to their high school prom (how precious is that?!). And decades later, after living separate lives, they stood together posed for photos in another fancy dress and classic black tux – this time, to say “I do.”
Those precious old prom photos made their appearance at their DREAMY La Valencia Hotel wedding, when their two lives came together as one oh-so-sweet family.
We loved photographing Jim and Jacque on their wedding day – they were calm, kind, and good-humored – not to mention, they have AMAZING taste! This dinner party overlooking the Pacific Ocean was the most incredible setting with soft pinks and pastels and golden accents.
It was the perfect day to honor their love – a love story that is sweet, lovely, and deeply adoring.
Jim and Jacque surprised their guests with a sweet choreographed first dance to Michael Bublé – nobody knew it was coming, and it left all of their guests bubbly and star struck! It was the most adorable moment!
And we have to give a shout-out to the wedding vendor all-stars responsible for this beautiful day! The lovely Evelyn Francesca planned and designed their day, with blooming beautiful flowers by Organic Elements, a dreamy cake by Heritage and Co., and the most thoughtful hair and makeup artistry by Beauty by Heather Arnold.
