WE LOVE PHOTOGRAPHING OUR PAST COUPLES.
Walking with our couples through their wedding days is such a joy for so many reasons… our brides are radiant, our grooms are oh-so-emotional, and we get to be present for the mountaintop moment in their love story. It is such a privilege!
But a year or two down the road, it makes our hearts feel SO happy to reconnect with our past couples and see where life has taken them.
They’ve grown in so many ways: they’ve seen a little more life together, and sometimes, one or two little ones have joined in on the fun!
So we felt so lucky to reconnect with Gabe and Siobhan (see their gorgeous Rancho Valencia wedding here!) for a sweet La Jolla family portrait session at Scripps Pier!
And it’s clear that since lil’ miss Claire entered their lives, Gabe and Siobhan have felt their lives blossom with deeper meaning and joy. The simple things – even as simple as breakfast with a steaming cuppa coffee in the morning, or a late-afternoon walk along the beach… it’s all become the rhythm they’re setting for their family’s legacy.
This was the perfect night with this sweet family!
