The Barricks love starting their day with something sweet, and being there for breakfast was a beautiful time to capture. The whole house smells of fresh, hot toast with butter and jelly this morning. Jesse’s a devoted date, doting on his daughters. He has the biggest smile on his face while helping little Kensi with her food. And Kensi can’t take her big brown eyes off her mom, Bethany, as she buzzes around in the kitchen. Baby Laurel is so cute and serene, and could not be happier.
The Barricks are a growing family, and Kensi is an amazing big sister. She adores Laurel, always giving her toys to make her smile. Every diaper change, Kensi comes running with her step stool to be right there next to Laurel’s face and talk to her. She loves snuggling her sister and kissing her on the head, especially on the rare occasions that Laurel gets a little fussy.
The small moments this morning are breathtaking: Jesse reading a story with Kensi, Bethany cuddling with Laurel as she drifts off to sleep, Kensi kissing Laurel’s hand so softly. It’s wonderful to capture this beautiful time for the Barrick Family, and we are so excited to see them again as Kensi and Laurel grow up!
