As much as their ambitions are grand, their approach to life is simple. Kate and Christian are as intelligent as they are kind, as intentionally inclusive as they are fiercely loyal.
He is an exceptional friend – someone who you want in your corner. As he’s walked through different stages in life, he has surrounded himself with good people, people who stick.
She is known for her kindness and gratitude. It’s her sweet thoughtfulness that has always been her defining mark.
Kate grew up in Massachusetts, Christian in Connecticut, and their paths crossed while attending Yale University. Though he graduated not long after they met, their spark was enough to persist over years of distance. And each time they reconnected, it was clear: they belonged together.
Just over a decade later, Kate and Christian said ‘I do’ surrounded by gorgeous golden fields at Blue Sky Ranch in Park City, Utah. Their guests had flown in from all over the country (even the world!) to celebrate with them – and the sweetness of their guests only reflected how WONDERFUL this couple truly is!
We love that one of their professors officiated the ceremony, and we especially melted as he described the sweet love that Kate and Christian share.
We were thrilled to work alongside Shauna of Michelle Leo Events, who coordinated their countryside wedding to perfection. The Groove Merchants kept everyone on their feet at the reception, and it didn’t hurt to have High West Distillery catering the event and keeping the party going!
