We’re animal-lovers here at Clove & Kin, and we think that one of the best ways to spend a day is with a bunch of the most exotic, amazing animals the world has to offer. Sarah & Brian agree! We got to spend hours with these sweethearts, wandering the zoo and enjoying one of the most beautiful places in San Diego with two beautiful people.
Now, what you need to know about Sarah & Brian is they are incredibly giving, kind, and romantic people. When Brian proposed, it took months of planning and it was a complete surprise! Sarah had been dropping hints for months, and then it came out of nowhere — while heading off to a double-date in Balboa Park with some close friends, he suddenly takes her to this area full of candles. He plays “Marry Me” by Train on his classical guitar and tells her that he doesn’t have a ring for her, but that he wants her to be his wife. He even offers her an empty box!
And then, of course, he gives her the real box. This guy is so amazing, so romantic, and wanted things to be so perfect and surprising for the love of his life! He had spent months looking for the right ring, going through dozens and dozens of diamonds before he found the perfect one for his perfect match. After she said yes (how could you not?!), he took her to a restaurant where her family and bunches of their friends were waiting for them!
So basically, these two are amazing. They have so much energy and sweetness to them, no wonder they’re in medicine! Just being around them makes you feel great.
